Lifetime Authenticity
If any watch we sold is ever proven not authentic, you receive a full refund.
3-Day Inspection
Examine your watch at home. Return it unworn, seal intact, within 3 days of delivery.
Insured Overnight
Every order ships FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured through IFS Inforsure.
Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch is verified before it is offered: serial and reference numbers checked, papers and warranty reviewed, and the movement tested on a timegrapher. When a piece calls for it, independent authentication is performed by Swiss-certified watchmakers.
If a watch purchased from Turbine Time is ever proven not to be authentic by the manufacturer or a recognized independent authentication service, we will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping, upon return of the watch. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and has no expiration. It does not cover parts or modifications added after purchase.
3-Day Inspection Period & Returns
You may return a watch for a refund within 3 calendar days of delivery, provided that:
- You contact us before shipping the return, at info@turbine-time.com or (619) 800-6446.
- The watch is unworn, unaltered and unsized, in exactly the condition it was delivered.
- The tamper-evident seal tag is intact, and all factory protective stickers remain in place.
- All boxes, papers, links, straps and accessories are included.
Returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense, fully insured for the purchase price, using a trackable overnight service. Original shipping and insurance costs and any payment processing fees are non-refundable. Once the watch is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3 business days to the original payment method.
Watches that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Not as Described
If a watch arrives materially different from its description, such as undisclosed damage, incorrect parts or missing items that were listed, notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange the return at our cost and issue a full refund, including original shipping.
Sourced & Special-Order Watches
When we source a watch to your request, we present the specific piece to you, with photos, reference, condition and price, before any payment is taken. Once you approve that watch and payment is made, the sale is final.
The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee and the Not as Described policy still apply in full to sourced watches.
Payment
Payment is due in full before a watch ships. Accepted payment methods are confirmed on your invoice. Your invoice will reference these policies, and payment confirms your agreement to them.
Shipping & Insurance
Every order ships FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured through IFS Inforsure for its full value from the moment it leaves our hands until it is delivered. Tracking is provided as soon as the watch ships.
Selling & Consignment
Offers to purchase a watch are made after evaluation and remain subject to final in-hand inspection. Consignment terms, including pricing approval and fees, are agreed in writing before any watch is listed.
